Return the goods

If the purchased goods do not suit you, you can return them to us within 14 days. It is necessary to pack it well, enclose the invoice number, your account number and send it to our address:

We recommend sending it by registered mail, so that you have some proof in case of loss or damage the package.


Do you not want to spend your time going to the post office and do you have a point of Zasilkovna nearby? We can send you a code and you will deliver the package to the Zasilkovna point. Shipping in the Czech Republic is 60 CZK, in Slovakia 100 CZK. This amount will be deducted from your total refund amount.

Complaint goods

The goods have a warranty of 24 months, complaints can be made within 24 months of receipt of the goods. The customer should complain about the goods immediately after finding out the defect. You can make a complaint on the following contacts:

If you complain about the goods, you do not have to return them in the original packaging. Send the claimed goods to our address above. Depending on the nature of the defect, you as the buyer are entitled to exchange the goods for new ones, eliminate the defect, discount the purchase price, or you can withdraw from the contract. Complaints must be settled within 30 days. If this does not happen, you have the right to withdraw from the contract or choose another way of resolving the complaint of your choice.
